I hope they make it. I guess the guy works there or used to, it's cool Disney Land let him set this up.

ummmm no thanks from the guy's perspective and, from what girls have said about proposals at big public events, no thanks from her side too usually

that wasn't really fair to the girlfriend. how could she not say "Yes!" after all that and in front of all those people.

she would have been tarred and feathered if she had say anything else.

He raised the bar too high. It's all downhill from there.

I'd even say proposals stand be banned from sporting events, though the public proposal rejections are priceless moments. :) Not cuz it isnt cool, I'd just rather devote the available screen time to entertainment and fun things at the park. I'd rather honor ANNIVERSARIES, than using the crowd to consumate their love. Kids using crowd pressure to ask a girl to the prom and that crap.

STAGED, even the girl's response. And if by any remote idea it weren't, NO, thanks.

"Please say YES", "Please make this the happiest day on earth blah blah"
and "Speak in to the megaphone and say your answer is YES" are NOT proposals.

STFU. ASK THE MOTHER EFFIN' QUESTION "Will you marry me?" without so much hoopla and crap. Just ask the question and don't force women to have to accept in front of other people. WTF.

I felt sorry for her. And everyone involved. Anything that staged and cheesy loses points.

I wish I could have mine done as part of the lasershow at StoneMountain park, but they don't allow it. :(

Georgia might as well be throwing away money.

I think its a pretty dick thing to do to put that amount of pressure on the woman.

Much like a lawyer, it's usually best not to ask the question unless you already know the answer.

It's like the Cynicism Dam just broke. She looks genuinely happy and everybody there looks like they enjoyed it.

Step up your game? sorry, I can't get with the super cheese. If the dam broke, it was this dude's fault for putting so much pressure on it.

Luckily, she got to find out he was very gay before making a lifetime commitment.

I love listening to the announcer back-peddle.

Why is that even a concern? The girl can say "yes", and then later on, in private, change the answer to a "no" or "I need to think about it." It's not like her initial answer is legally binding.

I can't imagine why a girl would ever say no in that situation, unless she was really pissed off at the guy for putting her on the spot.
