They don't seem to understand that defense is their problem.
Yeah it is called the AC milan (nowadays Real Madrid) syndrom. Just throw a lot of money at players you do not really need. I'm not that big of fan of Adebayor. For some reason I never liked his game. Maybe Arsenal will get Huntelaar (who has/want to leave Madrid) that would be cool.
You would think teams would learn now you need some form of defense. Just look at Real Madrid, you would think teams would learn from them that no matter how much you throw on attacking players it still doesn't mean you will win. I for one as a Liverpool fan can't wait for the Premier League to start. Really really open and with our dominance of the other big 4 teams last year and Ronaldo leaving, I think we have a real shot at finally winning again. I think its about the most open it has been for a while. Liverpool, Man U and Chelsea would seem to be pretty much equal favorites going in and you can never right off Arsenal. Man City and Everton could also make things interesting, both I believe have the ability to replace one of the big 4 in the top 4 if they struggle at all.
