    by the police. It only took two years for charges to filed for 2nd degree assault after breaking the dude's jaw.:rolleyes:

    Is there anything to debate? Can't all of us here agree that it is wrong to assault people, whether we are talking about cops or the Morris Twins?

    The question I have is why this guy wasn't charged and was allowed to stay on the job for 2 years. It took a lawsuit from the ACLU for charges to be filed.
