Don't ask why, but I need to get like super great skin in a few weeks. I know most modern guys today are suppose to know how to take good care of their skin. Well, I'm not one of those guys.

Right now I'm using Biore deep pore cleanser, Aveeno Cleaning Pads, and Aveeno moisturizer. Not great stuff, but not 50 cent bin cheap, either.

Assuming money is almost no object, what do guys (or even girls) use to keep their skin looking great? I'm willing to entertain ideas about almost anthing (including diet changes and dietary supplements).

Also, I'm trying to clear up a bit of an eczema problem. Most creams I see are for relief of itching and does not cure the eczema itself. Any suggestions? These are the 3 best products I could come up with:

    Boericke

    Proteque

    Loma Lux

I would imagine that healthy skin has a lot more to do with your diet and nutrition routine.. rather than whatever cream you rub on it once a day.

Unless you have a some kind of disease..

Agreed! I'm switching from coffee to tea, stopped eating junk food, and have moved to a mostly vegetarian diet. Any tips regarding lifestyle change would be appreciated. The only thing I cannot change is sleep: I only get 4 hours a day due to work. :(

    That's a pretty good start!

    4 hours of sleep? ouch.

Take a few vitamins, maybe that will help?

The two things that make my skin feel like crap are chocolate and fried foods.

Also, getting a little bit of controlled sun goes a long way towards healthy skin. At least for me it has helped.

Didn't think of getting some sun. Now I think about it, I have been working so much that I can't remember the last time I got in the sun. Good tip!

Watch Nip/Tuck. The had some cream on that show that was supposed to work wonders. I'd rather have bad skin though.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

:D :D Haha. I was expecting this much sooner. I knew it was coming, and I nearly spat all my drink onto the school's keyboard when I saw it.

I'm still deciding on the gay thing. Based on Mr. Brightside's description it sounds kinda expensive. :(

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent.

I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your assh*le. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

if you have eczema, see a dermatologist and they will give you a cream that will work much quicker. Also, spend 10-15 mintutes a day with the affected area in the sunlight, as UV rays help combat skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema
