    May be old news...

The Orlando Magic has begun trade discussions regarding center Dwight Howard, and the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets are two of the teams new Magic general manager Ron Hennigan has contacted, Yahoo Sports reported Sunday.

Orlando officials are willing to discuss trades for Howard, and the Lakers were one of the teams that was in contact with the Magic over the weekend, according to the Yahoo Sports report.

It was reported Saturday that Howard requested a trade to the Brooklyn Nets in a meeting with Hennigan.

Howard is entering the final year of his contract after opting in for 2012-2013 at last year’s trade deadline.

Howard, who is recovering from back surgery, averaged 20.6 points and 14.5 rebounds for the Magic this past season.

    Don't want Howard anymore.
    That dude is a cancer.
I used to love this guy, until I learned he was a complete douchebag this past year.
