We all know they managed to screw up the dwight trade, but looking at their cap situation they are TOP 5 team salary in the league post dwight! They took on 3,4 year contracts of average players like al harrington, affalo, and resigned average jameer nelson. Its one thing to want to start over, but to start over by taking on crutches of bad contracts? I am baffled, even embarrassed for the magic. I don't see one angle where this makes sense. Knew it was a bad trade no idea it made their cap even worse for the next two years for sure
