If you only could get one of these games, which one would you get? There are certain things that appeal to me in both games but I don't want to buy both because I still and will still play a heck of a lot of MW2 and one would go to waste as I wouldn't have time to play all 3. I have room for one of these but which one should I get?

I prefer Madden cause I like Pro better, but in a lot of ways NCAA has always been a better game.

I'm more looking forward to NCAA 11 this year, but I haven't played NCAA since 07. I bought a used copy of Madden 10 but could never get into it and ended up selling it.

It's been a few years since I've owned either, but I generally prefer NCAA over Madden.

I used to be an NCAA junky, but I haven't purchased it since it went to PS3 because the quality hasn't been up to par. Actually, scratch that, I bought the PS3 version a couple years ago, but exchanged it after a week for the PS2 version. That's how bad it was.

Madden all the way...I know almost all of the players in the game, so its more fun for me than playing a college game where I know a few players on all the major teams and none of the players on the crappy teams.

BTW, I am not really an online player when it comes to these games either. I am more of a Dynasty/Franchise mode guy.

NCAA has pretty much always been better than Madden, but I think this past year that Madden finally passed up NCAA, IMO. It just depends what you like, NCAA has generally had a more arcade-like, fast-paced style to it, whereas Madden is a little bit slower-paced and more realistic, which I prefer.

Also keep in mind that NCAA comes out a month earlier, or at least it always has, it might be different this year, I'm not sure, but it's always tough to wait that extra month for Madden.

Yeah, I knew that and it is the same. I believe NCAA comes out July 13 and Madden comes out August 11.

    Gamefly!

NCAA for a few months, then Madden for a few ;)

If I had to pick one, I enjoyed NCAA last year more than Madden for the first time in a while. Not sure why.

I like Madden better. If you compare Madden 10 with NCAA 10, there are drastic differences in animation, gameplay, etc. Such as: the running animations in Madden 10 are more realistic and smooth, while NCAA 10 has robotic animations.

Have y'all read about what NCAA has done?!

Online accessible online dynasties! You can recruit, schedule, and do depth charts online now. Also, you get online stories, stats, messaging, email alerts, etc... amazing!

The 120 ways to win seems cool, you get schools playing much closer to their personality. Seems like this wont be refined until next year but its a great start. Much better than the typical additions.

These are just 2 of the many exciting improvements. I am pumped for NCAA 11. They really worked hard. For once...

You aren't tempted to go nuts with Kolb in 2011? If not, it's still more likely to be a better deal, be it coupon or store credit with Madden.

Last years NCAA was a big Impovement from 2009....

I love both College football and NFL....

    But the better game? NCAA

    Recruiting....Heisman....Big Time Rivalries...

Gameplay is better on NCAA to.....but Madden is fun to play multiplayer...using the big name stars to make plays on your friends....

    **** it , Get both.....

I would pick Madden, because I watch more Pro football than college, so I like to know the teams and the players and stuff, so I dont know exactly what difference has both games, and which one is better on gameplay, graphics, and stuff like that.

I've always said that Madden was the more realistic game but NCAA is more addictive. I think it's because more teams, rosters always changing and more playbooks. I go with NCAA because of that.
