He is actually buying Shane Reynold's mansion here in town. I believe it is in, or around, Sugar Land. I work for the Houston & Fort Bend Lifestyles and Homes magazines and we featured this house a few months back. It was Reynold's at that time though. SWEET house! Absolutely HUGE! It has a fully decked out basketball court indoors with a gym overlooking it on one side. If I get a chance tomorrow at work, I will see if I can put up a few pics on here for you guys to see. Anyway, for those who were curious.
I happened to be at the sugar land dealership a couple weeks ago and saw his benz outside the service department, so he must live in that area. It was a sorta ugly baby blue tricked out SL.
I know exactly where the house is one of my bestfriends lives 2 doors down......It is a nice house and it will be awesome to even see T-mac a couple of times. It is in Sweetwater.
Sorry guys... I've already made a full-price offer through Codell's wife. Her commission is putting the little one through college in about 20 years. Come see me. I've got room.
Isn't the house he is selling the one that also used to belong to Payne Stewart? I believe he built a BIGGER house in Orlando and will still own that if what I heard is true.
what's the cost of land like in orlando? it can't be too high...cause my god, orlando is one of the ugliest cities in the country IMO...
same here...i know he has a huge house in river oaks... ...why do so many nba players live in sugar land? i mean sweetwater and alkire lake are nice, but if i had that kind of money, i'd rather live in river oaks...i guess most rockets players can't afford a lot of the houses in river oaks...
Steve Francis' new crib is near Hilcroft and Memorial. Also, I heard that River Oaks is a very racist neighborhood. There use to be a rule that none of the houses there were to be sold to any blacks. However, I think Clyde Drexler's house is in River Oaks.
I heard Mo Malone got shut out of River Oaks when he went houseshopping there in the late 70's early 80's.
Francis lives on Voss in the Memorial area. My friend is his neighbor. NICE house with a black gate with the number 3 on it. Nick Van Exel is my neighbor on Eldridge and Brair Forest.
The former Payne Stewart house is in Ilseworth, so if you live there and join the golf course you get to practice next to Tiger. My friend just went to work there maintining the grounds and planting areas (not the golf grass). The owner said he wanted Ilseworth to be as recognized for it's grounds as Augusta National and gave him an unlimited budget.
