it's pricey compared to the G35, its a pretty big upgrade I would say

Try looking at the Acura TL..I've heard quite abit about that car but it's not in the same price class as the M35 so...whatever

I dont like the front, or rear tail lights. For $40k, I would look into the GS300.

I'm early in the process so I have not excluded any serious competitors: i.e. BMW, Lexus, Acura.

I may still have to go the family route and get an 8-seater like the Expedition. Please no... :( :)

Haha... let's see... an Infiniti sports sedan or a honkin' huge Ford battle tank?

The choices you poor guys have... ;)

If you are going to pay around the $40k mark for a lux sedan, Definitely look into the Lexus GS300, it is much more reliable, has better quality/fit n finish, and has better resale value that the M35 can't touch.

The BMW would be too pricey (unless you are looking at the M3, in which case wait for the new one to come out, it is going to be one SWEEET vehicle)

I would also look into the Jaguar S-Type, it is one sweet vehicle (I know it ain't Lexus quality, but I just love Jaguar interiors, they are classier than anything else out there).

But you can't go wrong with the GS300.

The Acura TL probably tops the list in value and quality, but if you want a real performer, you will be disappointed with a FWD vehicle.

But if you are willing to hit around $48-$50, you will be a fool not to go and test drive the new RL (It is an unbelievable vehicle, better than anything within $10 grands of its price range:eek: )

I've been doing research on the '06 GS300, and I'm thinking about buying that instead of the new IS350.

I need to go test drive it soon.

The GS300 is nice, but based on the insane amount of accolades it is receiving, I would definitely go for the M.

My father has the M45 - the thing blows away the BMW 540 in every fashion... If you can afford it, look at the V-8.
