    It is never OK to be this fat -- people are harming themselves and their families. They will live a short life and be unable to take part in so many activities. Plus they will be discriminated against on probably a daily basis. Why bring that upon yourself? Improve your diet, walk/exercise more, and take some responsibility for your health.
