Bill Worrell also said that Rafer will sit out. More minutes for Stevie and Brooks. :D

That's the second straight game to give other players more time. He's either a lock for minutes or possibly a trade is coming up.

Rafer just has normal bumps and bruises. Luther has a sore quad.

With this being a back-to-back and a travel day, better to rest some guys tonight and others tomorrow.

They still got 18 guys... somebody has got to sit so the coach can give other guys a decent look. Adelman has seen Rafer and Luther enough. Seems injuries are minor, just an additonal reason to give these guys the night off.

    What? they tricked us!

I thought Adelman would be playing his season rotation guys now.. sounds like he's still experimenting.

Great strategic move by RA to throw off Memphis so we could get this crucial preseason W. I can only imagine that the Grizzlies coaching staff was stunned when Luther took the court after they spent no time in practice this week on their "Luther Rules" thinking they would not have to face him.

Is that the same as JVG's injury for Cuttino Mobley "sprain left buttock" Loosly translated as sprained left arse cheek for mouthing off to me.
