Obama is an avid fan of Luda and even in his condemnation (wink-wink) to this new 'song' calls him 'talented'. It is refreshing, however, that Luda gives us a window into the thought process behind many Obama supporters. 1) It's all about race 2) Hillary is perceived as a bi_ch. So come on voters, are you down with aligning yourself with other misogynists and thugs like Ludacris?

I'm back on it like I just signed my record deal
yeah the best is here, the Bentley Coup paint is dripping wet, it got sex appeal
    never should have hated
    you never should've doubted him
with a slot in the president's iPod Obama shattered 'em
Said I handled his biz and I'm one of his favorite rappers
Well give Luda a special pardon if I'm ever in the slammer
Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president
Hillary hated on you, so that b^$&%* is irrelevant
Jesse talking slick and apologizing for what?

if you said it then you meant it how you want it have a gut!
and all you other politicians trying to hate on my man,
watch us win a majority vote in every state on my man
you can't stop what's bout to happen, we bout to make history
the first black president is destined and it's meant to be
the threats ain't fazing us, the nooses or the jokes
so get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote!
paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified
McCain don't belong in ANY chair unless he's paralyzed
Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped

Ball up all of his speeches and I throw em like candy wrap
cause what you talking I hear nothing even relevant
and you the worst of all 43 presidents
get out and vote or the end will be near
the world is ready for change because Obama is here!
    cause Obama is here
The world is ready for change because Obama is here!

Obama's reaction: "This is not the Ludacris I knew."

In all seriousness, I don't recall Ludacris being the spokesman for the Obama campaign. This is beyond a non-issue. It's a stupid, offensive song, but it's a non-issue.

PAINT THE WHITE HOUSE BLACK -- should this be Obama's new slogan?

As an aside, this is not Luda's best work. Very awkwardly constructed and disjointed in presentation...

The thought of a black man in the White House haunts you in your sleep doesn't it?

    Get used to it...boy.

    President Obama

You probably wake up sweating at night screaming, "Nooooo!!!"

    President Obama

I've said it before, but the next eight years are going to be so much fun here in the D&D.

    President Obama

    Get used to it.

Obama is no more responsible for this song than McCain is responsible for the radically racist, homophobic junk you spew, George.

When not taking shots of whisky in Indiana bars, we like to keep it real with a little Luda.

Thanks Jorge....we've been waiting to see where that all important Ludacris endorsement would go.

Luda has a long history of misogyny and promoting violence/criminal activity. Despite that, Obama listens to him 'heavily' in his Ipod.

What does that type of behavior say to young women and impressionable youth in our country? Not exactly leadership potential....

Threads like this make me wonder if Trader_Jorge is really trying to play a type of Colbert and this is actually satire.

    I mean....I just can't take his argument seriously. It's a joke right?

    We have it backwards.

TJ isn't playing Colbert; Colbert stole TJ's act.

But it's not like Obama is out on the campaign trail with Ludacris warming up the crowd for him.

Obama listens to Ludacris on his iPod. Ludacris of his own free will recorded a song in support of Obama. The story ends there. Are you gonna call Obama a supporter of child molesters if we find Michael Jackson songs on his iPod?
