why not? draft picks are way overrated on this board, and how much better Gerald Wallace is than Kyle Lowry plus a 16th pick in this deep potential draft?

Anyone who's been observing how Les operates knows how this will play out. He hates it when employees yap to the media. That point was referenced when both Jeff and Rick were replaced. If he won't tolerate his coaches doing it, both well respected in their field, there is no way he tolerates a second tier guard making public demands.
Unfortunately MacHail isn't going anywhere. It's not in Le$' personality to boot a coach only after a year.
If they can resign Dragic ..... I dont mind seeing Lowry shown the door. I'd trade McHale for Sloan in a heart beat .... not that it has an ince cubes chance in hell of happening.
I would have a heart attack in a good way if the Rockets could. Heck no doubt I would want Morey to give them Lowry and a draft pick to pull this off. I am not sure Morey is smart enough to do this sort stuff anymore. I am faithless in Morey now.
