My first cousin Avid (Lloyd) died today in an airplane crash while on a anti drug mission to Colombia, he was a lieutenant. Never lost someone close like this, I was just with him in my visit to panama like a month ago. I grew up with him, he was an amazing person that always had a smile on his face. It's a ****ty feeling man he was 24 & he had a one year old daughter. What sucks is that it was an explosion so they don't even know if they can recover the body. What sucks even more is that that's my uncle's 2nd son that dies... The other one was my cousin Ali who died at 16 about 7 years ago. I can't imagine what my uncle & aunt are feeling like. Times like these I wish I could be with my family. Didn't make this thread for sympathy or anything, just wanted to vent. Here's the article if you can read in spanish: http://www.critica.com.pa/notas/1652111-senan-emite-comunicado-caida-avioneta Here's the picture of me, my dad, my dads gf & him. He loved motorcycles like the rest of my family. Spoiler
Although you didn't make the post for sympathy I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you live relatively close to his daughter and can help in some way raising her. Sounds like you will be there to support your uncle and aunt.
I'm sorry to hear that. My condolences to your family. It's events like these that make us appreciate life, friendship, and the people we love.
Very sorry to hear about that especially for your uncle. I can't imagine how hard it must be to lose two sons.
Deeply sorry. It made me think of when I lost my own cousin, who was also my best friend. Good luck with your grief. I still think of him, 30+ years later.
