That was well made.. enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to seeing how the clips go. Blake, Eric gordon, Kaman, Davis is not going to be an easy beat this year
I got a question for clips/rox fan If clippers were to play the rockets in the WCF.. who would you want to win, AND don't say neutral
Good vid. I think the Clips are really underrated. But as long as Baron is their PG I can understand. Chris Kaman reminds me a lot of Boozer. They've got a really good young core. I'm interested in seeing how Blake Griffin will perform, people seem to forget about him.
great video! thanks for sharing. i'm a season ticket holder to the clippers and am getting excited for this season. of course, no team will come before the rockets. but it's hell of alot better than the alternative (the d*mn lakers).
I'm not trying to be rude, but why would I give a damn about the Clippers "epic" preview? I know its all nice for you Clippers fans, but last time I checked this is a Rockets fan website.. So for stuff like this please move.
Not trying to be rude, but why wouldn't a basketball fan be interested in the Clippers "epic" preview. We are all basketball fans. We have a lot of respected members who were not rocket fans, this is one of the best Forums on Basketball. Just remember Nuggets4, MemphisX (although some didn't like him) Kellydwyer, and there have been others. It is good that non-rocket fans come to this site, it keeps us honest. That being said: I didn't actually watch the clip, I mean it is the Clippers, they will get injured and disappoint.
Agreed. The OP's posting in the NBA dish, so it's not like he/she is breaking of our forum rules. Personally, I value posters who are fans of other teams AND the Rockets. Their insight is a lot better than your usual TOF or YOFs, Melo-OF, Bosh-OF, etc.
That's a nice preview, but it's not epic yet without some highlights of the legend himself......Cookie Monster!!!!
Hell yea. There's a John Wall-esque player or sometimes even a few in every draft. A talent like Griffin doesn't come around very often. Griffin is the whole package. Size, athleticism, smarts, all around game, polished and ready to contribute right away. Best of all he's got a good head on his shoulders. Seems like a very humble and hard working kid that just goes about his business.
As for the Clips most of their young talent have yet to play a game in the regular season. Griffin Aminu Bledsoe Hopefully playing in the FIBA improves Gordon some more.
That's a dumb question. Of course you'd trade Yao for him now, but would you have traded Yao for Griffin if it were Yao's rookie year?
Wall is going to be a stud right away. Size, speed, work ethic, and smarts are going to get him very far in this league. Add the fact that the rules favor a player like Wall and you've got a stud PG waiting to bust out. Griffin has some injury issues and I wouldn't be surprised if he picks up that injury prone label very soon. I'm not hating on him, it's just how I see it. Even if he stays healthy, he doesn't have the size to be a superstar at the 4 position. His athleticism isn't going to last forever, and he doesn't have the all around play that LeBron does, so I don't know how long he's going to last as a stud PF.
