"Is Loren Woods Superman? Tuesday we reported that Shane Battier, in a workout with the Hawks in Atlanta earlier this month, finished first in their Superman drill in which the draft candidates dunked until they dropped. Well, Battier has a new challenger. Wednesday, Loren set an Atlanta record for this year with 76. The buzz concerning Woods continues to go with one scout saying that Woods was NOW FIRMLY IN THE TOP 9 in the draft. Thursday he is working out in Cleveland." Can you believe this? In one day both Woods and Rad-man are moved into the top 10? Could this mean that Joe Johnson could fall to the Rockets at 13? Oh yeah here's the link, there are other draft rumors as well. http://204.202.129.224/nba/ ------------------
Yeah, but less far to jump for the 7-footer with long arms. Nevertheless, I wouldn't want to do that drill! ------------------ Time is a great teacher-- only problem is it kills all its pupils.
Woods has top 5 talent. If he's really bulked up he's a guy a lot of teams should want. He'll be able to contribute right away and could be a real big factor on defense with the more zone type defenses next season. ------------------
Are you kidding? I'd love to dunk! If i did it once i'd neva stop! ------------------ "Drexler wins the tip to Eddie Johnson........BAAAARRKKLEY! That's as high as I have seen Charlie jump, since about 1986" Comments made on a putback slam made by Charles in the 98 play-offs against Utah.
