I'm started working out again and I am looking planning to make a trip over to vitamim/supplement shop, but before I get suckered into buying some overpriced stuff I do not need, I thought I would ask for some help. Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated.

Flaxseed oil worked pretty well for Barry Bonds.

i don't know if you're just looking for diet advice, but the HIIT routine is a great fat burner.

If you want to burn fat, the optimal way is to workout early in the morning before you have eaten anything. This is because your blood sugar is low at this time. When your blood sugar is low, more fat is burned during your workout.

-Take 3 of these a day, 5 on workout days

and of course a multivitamin and B complex

thats what I do, and Ive gained a lot of muscle, lost a lot of weight, and my recovery time is almost nothing now.

I also take one of these before my workouts, keeps me going and burns fat like a mother.

Get a small amount to get started...order large amounts online.

    GNC is ridiculously overpriced.

More amino acids are broken down as well if there are no carbs consumed. Where are the amino acids coming from...your muscle, so you are actually having an adverse affect on your muscles if u don't eat any carbs.

I don’t know what your goal is but you don’t need to waste your money on a lot of expensive supplements. Nutritional supplements are vastly overrated. If you look in exercise magazines they are plastered on every page, with the basic intent to make money.

A good multivitamin is necessary, even though the majority of its use will go straight in the toilet. Protein is important, but not as much as the magazines would have you think. Excessive protein is very hard on the kidneys. Three to four protein rich meals a day should be good enough.

What’s really going to help you get big, strong , or more athletic is a good workout plan.

1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is the standard for the most part.

Hydroxicut rocked before they neutered it by taking the ephedra out. That stuff would have you playing basketball and running around for hours.
