I see there is another Sam Clancy who's a 6-8 PF.

There is the Sam Clancy on the Rockets who will be a FA next year.

One team could draft Sam Clancy and sign the other Sam Clancy...

Was the draft-eligible Clancy CPU-generated, or one you inserted?

Clancy was computer generated. When I'm finished with the draft he probably won't be around anyways as I have/am turning most of the fake guys into real players.
