    Tate is a straight up baller, it would be wise to lock him up now for 4-5 years. It's an investment that could pay huge dividends.

    No, I'm promoting a 'team friendly' deal, gives him security and provides a measure of continuity for when we are (hopefully) ready to compete for the playoffs in 3-4 years.

    I'm thinking something like 4/24 would be a wise investment, Tate is the type of player needed on every good team...or team expecting to be good in the near future.
