ANYONE LISTENING TO IT? They asked him about that last foul and he goes... ANYTIME SOMEONE GOES TO THE GROUND OR EVEN SITS ON THE GROUND TO TAKE A REST, ITS AN OFFENSIVE FOUL ON ME. OR IN HIS WORDS, "IT MY OFENSI FAU" GREAT INTERVIEW
1. Ease up on the caps 2. Why don't you try speaking Chinese, and tell me how you sound? In fact, take 7 years to learn it. *****.
It's a shame how after all these years, the refs STILL don't know how to call Yao. They are so back and forth with him.
People always say, what if Yao played more physical, if he played more physical he'd foul out in 3 minutes.
It's absolutely ridiculous the calls he doesn't get, but he also needs to become aggressive and stop taking charges. He's too slow to get outta the semi-circle... and if he's gonna foul someone, make sure it's not a ticky-tack one...
I didn't see the replay, but that last foul Yao was called looked terrible to me. It appeared like Brewer was trying to set a screen on Yao, and he just fell to the ground. I'm pretty sure its against the rules for a defender to impede the progress of an offensive player. What a 7'6, 310 pound guy supposed to do in that situation? It's not like Yao is capable of just stopping on a dime when someone steps in front of him like that. The NBA needs to address that.
The Jazz knew exactly what they were running. It was by design. Boozer was screaming he was so happy it worked.
The only thing missing from the interview was a few f-bombs. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/F4sqJBJGG-M&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/F4sqJBJGG-M&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
1) Caps are used to highlight the main part of a post. 2) Im an immigrant myself and it took me 5 years to learn english. But seriously, that was funny so just laugh it off rather than being an A-hole. kthnx
yao complaining about the flops in post game locker room interview, and said at least he won't have to worry about flopping against Shaq lol did he know he made an unintentional funny
It was pretty ridiculous. Yao was just trying to get to his spot and then out of nowhere Ronnie jumped right in front of him. I thought it was a BS call. I loved how the Jazz announcers thought Okurs 6th foul was questionable even though is was freakin clear from the replay that Okur was holding his arms and such. Then they say, well this is a make up call. What a load of crap.
I watch a lot of soccer, so I know about flopping. But I got to say that the Jazz put the soccer players to shame in how good they can flop. I mean they should just all win the oscars b/c only a professional actor could flop that good. I mean, even in soccer they give the guy that flops a card even if the play was initially a foul. The NBA should adapt a similar policy. There is something wrong when even Shaqavich is flopping.
my favorite call is when yao goes straight up in the air. arms straight up....LOL. what do you want him to do? move outta the way? it just doesnt make ANY sense. how do you play defense in the NBA?
I'm glad Yao said something, but I would also like to see Adleman protest loudly in a game and get T'd up every now & then
