If he makes it back, between him and Willis McGahee this is a pretty big tribute to how far modern medicine has come.
From what a lot of people were saying, he may not even play this year, and if he does, it won't be much. They want him to be 100 percent before getting any real time on the court. But I think he is in a good position in Miami. They won't make much noise for a year or two anyway, so if he does get back to any image of his former self, he should flourish with the athletes around him.
nice super low risk high reward move by the heat. livingston was showing flashes of being a very good PG in the league especially with his size. Sign him real cheap now, let him rehab some more and when he is ready bring him back and if he plays really well then they have the inside track of retaining him at a reasonable price. I really hope he is able to come back from the injury. I would expect that he has improved his shooting quite a bit (since probably only thing he could really work on) and that was a glaring weakness for him. we'll see I am pulling for him still really really young
