[Litigation Gone Wild...Again]Woman sues Starburst for Making Chewy Candy

Wow, that is so funny sounding I thought it was a PR stunt.

"Starburst- so chewy, it's illegal."

 

I wonder if it was the starburst that REALLY caused her lockjaw porblem.....

 

im going to sue mr. reddenbocker for getting pieces of popcorn stuck in my teeth

 

i dont know, but i want to literally claw my eyes out and literally stab myself with my trusty pencil because of this story...literally.

My dad broke a tooth on a Now & Later back when they were real hard.

What's funny is just last week my wife bought a bag of Starbursts and called the company to complain that Cherry flavor was replaced with Disco Berry. The main reason she like Starburst is for the cherry ones. They are sending a coupon for a new bag.

 

i wonder if she ate it after her 25 man g*ngbang? I suspect there are other causes to her lock jaw.

I'm on that lady's side. Starbursts taste good, but they are too damn chewy and sticky. I always regret it after I eat one, but I can't stop.

I don't get it. I've had Starbursts before when they're stale and hard, but you have to use good judgment and let it sit in your mouth awhile to soften before you chew.

My friend's dad died after choking on ice cream he ate after dinner one night. I don't...get that. That happened during freshman year at Baylor and she had to drop out of school before sophomore year because her mom couldn't afford to pay the tuition for her.
