Every should check out this band, HEAD AUTOMATICA. Daryl the singer is a good friend of mine, and they are currently on tour with the Cure. Awsome Rock and with keyboards.Everyone should check them out. He also plays in another band called Glassjaw. Check em out..
Stop the Insanity!!!!! Fine! Fine! I don't own any CD's!!! Happy? I invested all of my music into the Cassette Market, and now I'm screwed. Do we really need to know what every person is listening to every frickin' week?
I think that, for each of these threads, I'm gonna reply, "None of you F---ing business." ... just 'cause I'm sick of seeing yet another "what are you listening to" thread. -- droxford
No I guess I don't. I guess we should just keep these going ad-nauseum. I'm sure that would make you happy.
Normally, if I don't like a thread I just don't click on it. But anyway... what I wonder is where people get the money to buy all these new CDs every time. (though I wonder how long this thread's going to last at this rate)
Spend money? On cds? What is this, the 90s? I don't really like Head Automatica, NBAHOU, but I did like the first Glassjaw disc. My time is consumed currently with the new Isis and Mastodon albums.
My friends have been talking about them recently, i havent heard them but I think they are all going to head down to watch a concert of theirs on october 2 . Glassjaw rules by the way though, i have their Worship and Tribute cd, good stuff
I prob should specify where lol, not just heading down to see em. They are going to the Oct 2 show in Cincinnati Oh at Bogarts i think, going to have to ask my friends to let me listen to em, i didnt know the singer was in glassjaw.
Motorhead - Stone Deaf Forever amazing compilation of anything and almost everything Motorhead has ever put out...
Well I didn't click on this link at first because these threads don't usually interest me. But I should have known that Fatty's response would be worth the price of admission. These music threads are like the Hangout equivelent of the Garm Trade Proposal threads. Can't escape them. And those food threads. Damn. Those suckers are endless.
I second the Head Automatica album. I bought Muse's first album, Showbiz, and Hidden Hands of a Sadist Nation from Darkest Hour over the weekend.
Head automatica rocked at the Curiosa Festival a few weeks ago. I thought they had great energy- something that is lacking with a lot of good acts these days.
Fatty, my favourite band right now... The Lucksmiths have a song just for you, it's called The Cassingle Revival
