Ive been taking them for a while....I thought they were doing some good. There was a particular brand that I could buy at SamsClub that claimed to have a daily supply of 75 different minerals and vitamins....and all these antioxidants. They stopped carrying it because it was found to contain peanuts and people with those allergens were having reactions.

Anyway, does anyone else here take liquid vitamins or colloidal vitamins? Does it really work or is it a scam? Thoughts.

What's wrong with regular vitamins in pill form? Or do you mix these in with a smoothie/drink or something?

Why would it be a scam? Just because its liquid form doesnt mean that its less effective. If anything, it would absorb into your system quicker.

What im asking is....am I just drinking fruit juice here or are these really essential vitamins and minerals that I really need. If you take a look at the bottle, you get like 5,000% of your daily dose of VitaminC and like 8,000% of your daily dose of B6.

There are also alot of different kinds and was just wondering which kind you guys here use.

I don't really like liquid vitamins, especially the ones overloaded with B6 & 12.

Delivery is important because of the way our body absorbs vitamins along our intestinal tract.

Its important to take a balanced multi with food.

    I also take things like:

    Holy Basil (stress/cholesterol)
    Fish Oil (cardiovascular/joint)
    Chromium Pincolate (fat burn)
    Cinnamon Extract (insulin regulation)
    Green Tea Extract (metabolism)
    Milk Thistle (liver health)
    CoQ10 (anti-aging)
    Glucosamine/Chondroitin (joint)
    Maca (endurance)

A multi is fine but there's other stuff you need too.

You're probably better off drinking a fresh version of v8 than to take any source of factory made vitamins.

15 minutes of sunlight a day.

No hydrogenated foods (fried goodness, junk food, most fast food).

    Half an hour of exercise.

Almost all Doctors will tell you that there is no scientific proof that multivitamins offer health benefits, yet almost all Doctors will say they take multivitamins when asked.

My doctor told me to quit taking multivitamins. She said that if I need iron and calcium, I'm better off just taking those individual supplements.
