But seriously, how will anyone be able to put up with that same damn line for 47 more days? It's like that "Lets get it started" song during the NBA playoffs. Sure it was ok to listen to the first few times. But after hearing the same song for well over a month straight, it gets unbearable. This 50 states in 50 days just makes me want to skip watching Sportscenter that much more. Only time I ever watch it is to check Houston team sports news, and generally waiting the 5 or so minutes before seeing an Astros or Rockets score to come up at the bottom of the screen. Even then, I still hear that lame song air atleast 3 times.
...or who sings that "I've Been Everywhere Man" song? It sounds like Johnny Cash, but I think it's somebody else...
What about that lame ass remake of the old Coca Cola ditty, "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing"? They've changed it to "I'd Like to Teach the World to Chill". It actually makes me angry every time it comes on.
