There are steps they're walking on. Notice all their pants are pretty baggy. Reason is the front end of the pants are cutout to make it look like a levitation effect. In actuality the person is taking a step forward, then back where the pants are cutout, and repeating over and over.
balducci levitation requires certain angles obviously.. since they're just pushing themselves up with the toe of the other foot.. but how do you explain the stuff where both feet obviously clear the ground? *edit just watched the videos magic is gay
The chris angel video explained that, but he sucks at the trick himself. lol the first one is damn good.

If anyone is interested Quantum Mechanics, there is some interesting math as to how anti gravity is possible on pages 16-37. A bit off topic lol.
My favortice scientist, Dr. Eric Laithwaite, dedicated a lot of amazing work to his anti-grav theories. He was laughed at by the scientific community because it seemed that his ideas contradicted classic facts established by Isaac Newton. But Laithwaite was misunderstood and never directly claimed to break Newton's Laws. To this day, his ideas amaze me. I highly recommend reading about him and watching his videos from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Laithwaite
