I would like to see this, and resting players like battier, and martin.Because next year is the year that matters. Limit the value of some pt of the role players for yao, and let ariza bud hill jefferies lowry run and gun would be more exciting to watch..

I agree sir, but I seriously doubt Adelman will ever do that, even though it makes more sense....

I find your moniker very ironic in light of this statement.....

We desperately need Hill to get minutes so he can develop...the sooner he gets decent minutes, the better off we'll be. DA is beyond brutal on the defensive end, and im tired of seeing Chuck Hayes.

Hopefully Hill can earn some minutes with some good practices these next 2 days.....

As for Bud, he deserves more minutes. I don't understand how Adelman can take out a red hot Budinger and put in Ariza. Especially when Ariza is still bothered by his hip. The person who is having the better game should be in......

    which is normally Bud

Battier is old and overplayed. His ankle is busted and his shoulder is busted. They should let Battier sit until he is healed up. Mr. Intangibles doesn't even have his intangibles, while playing injured.

It's pretty depressing to look at the box score each night and see Battriza combine for 5/20 shooting in 64 minutes. It makes you wonder how the team won as many games as it has when 40% of the starting lineup not only shoots poorly but shoots pretty often.

After what Bud did last night if he doesn't start getting closer to 30 minutes each night then it's time to have Adelman committed.

So let me get this straight.....you want to give our newest star the Tmac treatment? Im sure that would make every star in the league want to come play in Houston

Getting Martin definitely is not good news for CBud's playing time. But he really needs to play around 20 minutes because he is a player worth developing. They guy has physical tools, handle, size, shooting touch, basketball IQ and his defense is actully quite good for a rookie. He lacks expierence.

The last couple games, RA had left Cbud on the court when he brought in Ariza as I remember?

30 minutes is too much, especially Martin is here now. CBud played long minutes before and he couldn't handle that yet. 20 minutes for this year is about right.

So you're going to judge it based on an interview?

Chase has said that he is good friends with Hill and likewise Hill has said the same things. Now they may not be best-joined-at-the-hip BFF's but they always got along with each other. Hell, they had dinner with each other a couple of times.......I don't think they would do that if they don't get along

Man that's almost as silly as judging how Tmac was out of shape based on a couple of photos of him in two layers of of clothing and a hat and 'stache on his face.

I would definetley like to see bud and hill get as many minutes as possible. At the least consider this could be an excellent oppurtunity for the team to allow either one of them (maybe both)the chance to establish themselves as valuable assets, even if they arent in the rockets future plans. In the event a top tier free agent decides to leave their current team, said team is going to be looking to get young talent. Hill and Bud have a better chance of being considered "young talent" then Scola or even Ariza at this point.
