I'm sure theres probably a thread on this already, but lets talk about Muscle again, YALARGH. I'll start first.

I been working out for the past 2 years trying to put on size and strength. This year, I've taken it more seriously and actually started making a few gains. Back in 2006, I weighed like 120 pounds and I didn't have a clue how to get big. But now, Ive changed up a bit on my diet and now I'm weighing about 132 pounds. My goal is to hit about 140 at the end of December.

Anyways, I'm currently taking these supplements:

Cytogainer (rocky road), N-Large 2 (cookies n cream), NO-Xplode (Grape), R3 Amino Acids, Vitamins..

Anyone out there on a weight gain diet ? What are ya'll using? I might be interested in trying new stuff (besides steroids). I like Cytogainer, but it is pretty thick and I end up consuming more than 20 oz. per serving. Anything out there that is a bit lighter with fewer scoops?

    Eat more.

Seriously. Eat everything and keep track of your calories so you can make adjustments and keep progressing. Everything else in a hardgainers diet is secondary to calories consumed.

I've been there. At the age of 22 I had to eat 4000 calories a day to stay over 160lb (at 8% or lower bf) and all I did was heavy, low rep training so it wasn't like I was doing anything to burn calories like cardio or even sports.

you basically just have to eat a lot (like all the time) of carbs and protein and you cannot fill up on fat to much but a little fat from steaks is fine because the volume of food required to get enough calories will be lower with fat.

Also keep your workouts really short so you don;t burn many calories.

man you are the classic ectomorph.

ur best drug = food! lots of it. healthy fats and lots of good carbs. get at least 1.5g of protein per bodyweight.

as far as training, your goal is to get stronger.. at this point in your training career, strength gains will equal size gains. keep the weight heavy, reps low (4-6) and you should be lifting more weight or reps at least on a weekly basis.

keep your split simple, eat a ton, get enough sleep and you will grow.

and as far as steroids, if your diet and training is not doing anything right now, steroids won't do jack squat for you.

Those stuff make you look watery puff. I like my body to be lean and pain free. That's the goal of my workouts.

That's because **** is in the URL.

I was referring to his. The last thing you want to do if you're trying to add body mass is run cardio.

There's a link to it on this page.

Isn't looking in the mirror half the fun of bodybuilding? I Say spend an extra 2 hours admiring your results, then explode for more reps.
