Right now I am actually sympathizing with and for Kelvin I think he feels slightly intimidated by the "leading center position" that has been placed before him...I assume he is also feeling that not many people are supporting him at this point and have already predicted his failure for the season....I think he really has good intentions and wants to have a great season on his behalf as well as the teams. With Kelvin stating comments on Media Day of that nature, I am almost positive he is indirectly lashing out...I think he feels backed into a corner and lack of support...His pride and ego right now are also keeping him from reaching out at his time of need to a mentor, team member,a coach or perhaps even a member of his family.....Kelvin is signaling a silent cry for the support of all the Houston Rockets Fans......Come guys let's support Kelvin and encourage a smooth transition for him...Please? This is the least we can do
Instead of crying in a fetal position, can Kelvin sack up and prove us wrong? Rather than say asinine statements like how he's gonna play with as much "fire" as the last 2 years? Just shut up and play for once Kelly Cato.
With the kind of statements Cato is making right now, the only support he will get is a rail -- out of town. However, I'm going to reserve judgement until camp is over.

Its hard to feel bad for a guy who does not give 100% I would love to see him prove us wrong this season. Even though Collier has limited skills he always seems to give 100% on the court.
Basically, Cato knows the Rockets are stuck with him and his FAT contract. He knows that we can't do crap to unload him. I think someone posted he showed up out of shape. What a surprise?!!
