Me: creates auction for an online gaming account Buyer: uses buy it now Buyer: makes demands about changing information listed on online gaming account Me: sorry, but that is against terms of service for the company, and will result in a ban of the account if I change the info Buyer: ok fine *sends money via paypal* Me: thank you very much! *sends buyer information as outlined in auction* Buyer: contacts the company and tries to change the information himself, get account banned, demands refund Me: no refund, you were given everything as outlined in the auction and were the one responsible for breaking the product Buyer: threatens to take me to court, call the police, FBI, etc etc Me: cancels all my bank accounts and credit cards linked to paypal, fearing a fraudulent charge-back is coming Buyer: files fraudulent charge-back claim via paypal Me: faxes paypal 12 emails and auction documents describing the situation and how I am not at fault and have fulfilled my obligations via the contract of the auction Paypal: finds in favor of the buyer, charges back the money from my paypal account (money that I will never give them) Me: closes my paypal account, never plans on using it again (and neither should YOU) Buyer: leaves me negative feedback on top of everything Me: leaves him negative feedback to give him a grand total rating of 8 (he's been a member since Dec 05.. I've been a member since Oct 98) Me: pissed off
