I can not understand how posters get upset with a loss when the players give a good effort to win. Don't everyone understand that if we only move up one or two spots - its that many more ping pong balls in in barrel. Let the kids get the experence of the game and the fourth quarter and get the highest draft possible. I think Rudy and the kids are doing great this year, but sometime worry about the fans.

When we get a high draft pick I trust Rudy[unlike caveman] and CD to get us the player that will help us the most. I for one am looking forward to going from a championship to the lottery and back to the championship in the shortest time in the NBA, and the first time with the same coach..

Im one to think that a decent pick in the draft wouldn't be all that bad an idea for the Rockets. But, there are few impact playersin this draft. And the Rox cant lose at a clip that the Wizards, Clippers, Grizzlies, Bulls, or other teams are. Landing themselves a 12 pick isn't accomplishing nothing. Short of them picking a player who wasn't expected to do anything but excelled. The chances of that are slim at best.

So if the Rox have a shot at getting to .500, like I believe they are capable of, then why not shoot for it. It would be much more a testimony to Rudy's great coaching to take a team to .500 thats supposed to be weak. Than to lose all these games and probably get nothing much to show for it.

I don't care whether we win or not as long as we put up a good effort. LIke tonite against INdiana, we played very well, so even though we lost, I don't mind. But when the Rockets offense just breaks down, or when their defense is non-existent, that's when I get upset. Lose, but don't get embarrassed. Besides, just cause they're young doesn't mean they can't get accustomed to a rigorous defense.

Dreamshake- wake up , wake up, if you think Rocks can come close to .500 you must have no idea of our current record. HELLO. 24-41 , 17 under .500, 18 games left. So , who's gonna give us our only loss for the rest of the year?
[IMG] probably toronto ,utah, minnesota, orlando, phoenix, seattle , or portland , right? Wake up.

    17 games left...not 18....

The BEST we could finish would be 41-41, ain't gonna happen.

    Go LOTTO !!
