The one closest to his stats (rebounds, points, blocks, assists) will recieve "Genius" messages from the losers. Here goes: Yao 14 pts., 8 rebs., 4 blocks, 3 assists (I think they're gonna beat on him like a rented mule, but he'll have at least one highlight reel "thing")
I say 13pts., 4 boards, 3 assists, and 3 blks. I think that he will have a rough going at it though, because Ben Wallace as much as I dislike what he's doing is quite the physical specimen. How many of you remember when he had almost 30 rebounds against Boston, he's quite the performer in the post.
14pts,5reb,3blk,2ast I'd be surprised(pleasantly) if he gets anything more. Not because I doubt Yao's ability, but because: 1. his teammates suck, 2. USA team is way better than Canada, 3. he's a marked man(again with no help) 4. will have to be really conservative to stay out of foul trouble(again because his teammates suck and opponents don't). This isn't a good measurement of his ability because he's basically going 5 on 1. The only way to get a definite read is if he manages to shine inspite of teammate disadvantage. That being said.....c'mon Yao,kick some butt!!!!!!!!
hey, gang. i am a chinese guy living in Hawaii. see, I think Yao may grab 8 boards, 16 points, and more than 3 blocks. Since team USA may make a lot of shots, Yao seems can get more rebounds? Come on, Ming!
