If Adelman wanted to make changes to the rockets starting lineups, he would have done it 2-3 weeks ago. You not gonna change the lineup when the playoffs about to start!

Lowry earned more play time than Brooks in the last couple games. If Lowry keeps on playing like this while Brooks shows no improvement, Lowry will eventually start. The question is what time Lowry will start.
I don't think Adelman will change the lineup in the first round unless Rockets are in deeply trouble. Brooks is playing under pressure right now since he's losing his starting role. I would say just let the team go and don't think about who should start. Keep this chemistry to see how the team play against the young and physical Blazers. Lowry gained more PT that's pretty much enough. Our bench is probably one of the best in the league. I don't know if Brooks as a substitude could bring the same spark as Lowry.

All the world know Aaron is better at bench than start, but Adelman dont; similarly all the world know Yao is our only superstar, we need to feed Yao the damn ball, but rockets dont... Thats horrible

    Better solution:

Start with AB 1th quarter, Finish with Lowry 4th quarter

    or

Start with AB 1th quarter, effective ?
    yes, go on
    no , Lowry finish ;)

Brooks should do okay against Steve Blake, Portland's starting PG. In fact, our PG tandem shouldn't be a weak link against the Blazers.

both two guys are better off the bench.

Morey would better bring a stronger PG here this summer.

BTW, Bibby and Kidd is going to be free this summer.

All I know is that AB looked totally disheartened last night that he wasn't getting many minutes. I dont remember which quarter exactly, but when the camera showed him on the bench, he looked totatlly out of it.

When he came back in, it was like he tried to make up for it and took some bad shots, although he made a couple of good buckets as well.

well, actually, if only comparing the starters, you will find we don't have any very big disadvantage in all 5 positions. But the problem is the bench, Oden and the two Spanish, they have got too much energy, which is just what we lack.

the Pt for our PG position is really depends on match-ups. last night was a good example. Kidd is easy to defend against as he is slow and not quick. Therefore Lowry is good matchup against him, while he can still run the team.

AB is a shooting PG and fast where can plays better with faster guards and if we need offense from our PG.

i already stated this. Lowry should be the starter and Brooks should come off the bench.

I must finally relent and agree that AB is backup PG for now. His lack of PG understanding is amazing to me.
