Less first half minutes for yao

    he obviously is getting tired and after playin the first half against the mavs was worn out in the second, it was obvious. I know it is hard to take someone out that is doin good but whenever he went out in the second the rockets didn't know what to do. Yao is definitly our best center, but cato is doing good and needs more minutes

    The mavs played a completely different defense on Yao in the second half. For that matter, they upped their defensive intensity overall, while at the same time pulling their centers out from the basket - Yao either didn't help and got burned, or helped a little and was out of position for a interior defensive presence or rebound.

    Dallas' increased agressiveness also showed up in the ref department, where calls Yao got in the first half went Dallas' way in the second (if you ask me, Mark Cuban yelling at them continually and crying also had something to do with this).

    Heck, just a couple of games ago Yao scored something like 8 points in teh final 5 mintues against the Bulls, and the team still lost (inexplicably Yao was out of the game for the final few possesions).
