Question: I contract a company to make some shirts for me. . . .art design etc. Then find out they outsourced it elsewhere. Are their any ramifications from doing a short run with the original company then making a larger run with the third party company [because it is always cheaper when you cut out the middle man]? Rocket River
No. As long as they fulfill the order for you at the stated terms, then what is your beef? You should have done your legwork before approaching them.
I don't have a beef Since I paid for the art work and the shirts. They are mine to keep However I am not sure If taking these to the Main Source [the third party] for a second order rather than the original company I used is . . . problematic . . legally speaking Rocket River
No, not a problem as long as your contract with the first company is over. Similar to if you go to a brothel to see one girl and then you find out its cheaper with the same girl off hours outside the brothel, the brothel might be mad, but you don't have a legal obligation with them as long as your time with them is over.
duh, the entire lawschool process is about getting screwed. The consolation is that you get the degree to screw others. Better than a prostitute, you can do it after their death!
