As a married couple, my uncle and aunt are the joint owners of their house that they are wanting to sell. My aunt's sister is getting married in Bangladesh and she will be going for the wedding and staying for an extended period of time. Is there a legal document or form that my aunt can sign so that my uncle can sell the house in her absence? Will a normal Power of Attorney take care of this, or is there something else she needs?
