As my order of business after betting promoted back to Member (again)...... I will pose a deadly serious question.......

    about LED lights.

So I'm doing a little research paper for this stupid writing class for "natural sciences" (ie Engineering/science-related majors) where we have to pick a topic and write a recommendation report about it.So I chose to talk about LED lights.

I know almost every public institution/buildings primarily uses those fluorescent light fixtures but do you guys work in or have ever worked in a place that uses LED fixtures instead of fluorescent lights or a combination of both? If so what do you think of it? And from all accounts how feasible would it be to replace more ordinary light fixtures with LED's? Just some quick thoughts would be good.

    Woo hoo for Membership!

LED lights are great for color and low heat/long life - art and stage lighting is where I see them.
