Lebron's ESPN announcement is not in Cleveland

    ESPN's Colin Cowherd just announced that Lebron James' press conference on where he was going to go will not be in Cleveland and the team that he chooses will get a phone call five minutes before he starts the press conference.

    Not sure if thats anything significant but it definitely does not help give any hope to Cleveland.

    The talking heads on ESPN stated that Lebron will not be in any of major cities that are considered players for this announcement.

    Yes but getting the call only five minutes before the announcement is a tad bit unprofessional unless he knows every bit of detail about the teams plans once they get him. I just find it a tad bit bazar. Good drama though. i will be watching.

    not unexpected, holding his presser in cleveland would tip his hand. i mean hell hes making his announcement on espn, he wants to soak up the attention

    LeBron headed to NY will be a bigger blow to the Rockets off-season than Bosh's decision to go to Miami.

    Announcement will come from St. Petersburg, moscow, or wherever Onexim Group is headquartered. Onexim Group is the company of Mikhail Prokorov.

    Now that would be drama.

    Prolly in Vegas watching his new teammates. Broussard just said that he thinks the Heat are the prohibitive favorite to land LaBron.

    Woudn't it be funny if all this zig-zag drama had been orchestrated between the Big 3?

    It would not be funny, I think its NY.. why would james want to go with wade and bosh to miami, when he can go to a huge market in NY?

    It's about Rings. The money takes care of itself with King James. He has to take care of the Rings and it takes superior teammates to win Rings. Ask Wilt Chamberlain or Charles Barkley...
