LOL @ people blaming Harden, just ridiculous. Lebron was never coming, and he probably made it clear to Chris Paul a while ago. He didn't want to be in Houston for whatever reason to finish his career, his family wants to be in LA, he might get to build his team with PG and Leonard in LA, why would he come to Houston other than a plan z fallout plan.

People take it way too personally, it's nothing personal against the team or anyone on there, he simply wants to be somewhere else.

and yes Lebron PG and Leonard (if healthy) have just as good, if not better chance of winning the chip. They are both younger and than Chris Paul, and are both lockdown defenders.

That is how you and I look at it and most fans would agree that the Rockets gave him the best chance to win. However I don't think LeBron is wired that way. He has an enormous ego and I have no doubt that he really believes he will win titles in Los Angeles. With that mind set, why go anywhere than exactly where you want to live?

 

So many debbie downers... he'll be here playing for the vet minimum soon enough to keep this roster intact

It's a bit silly to think he could never win a title in LA anyway.

Lebron is the best player. He's better than Harden. Harden had a better season last year, but Lebron is better. I'm reasonably convinced that he already knows he's getting at least one other star player.

They'll be good and a real playoff threat because of the greatness of Lebron. If they are able to put another star on that team and keep Randle they'll be tough.

I kinda don't care if we not getting him. I just didn't and still don't want to see him in a Lakers uniform. That's worse than seeing him in a warriors uniform for me. Plus I strongly enjoy seeing their fans in misery like they deserve.

 

Except for when the Thunder traded us a top 5 All Time SG for pretzels and when the best PG of our generation decided to come here or when we got a fringe All Star SG for a bag of donuts and got a blossoming All Star Center in the late 1st round.

 

Every player that chooses against the Rockets ends up regretting it.
