Real caption: Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James, left, and Darius Miles join school children during a reading program Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003, in Cleveland. Cavaliers players and coaches read to 180 second and third graders as part of the NBA Read to Achieve program.
School children at a local reading program decided to teach Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James and Darius Miles how to read by starting them off on their ABC's. "A, B, C, D..."
James and Miles find themselves back in the developmental league after not adhering to Sila's system.
The extent of LeBron James' lack of education was brought into sharp relief when he had to close his eyes to try to recall the story he memorized beforehand, being unable to read the book that was right in front of him.
Lebron James and Darius Miles, both NBA players who went to the league straight out of high school, spend the off season taking classes to complete their degrees.
