    Anyone else agree with this?

    I think it's a reach.

Here is the original quote from Phil for reference:

    His business partner/friend tweeted this.

His posse is ignorant and I doubt Phil gives one **** about his opinion. So sick of this ****. There's a race card on everything now. Just STFU. Jordan never whined this much. Freaking tool.

White Cowboys are offended BTW. Idiot.

You can claim racism when you're a minority and get offended. Even if it's not racist.

I don't think Phil meant anything race related but he definitely was trying to disrespect LeBron by calling his business associates a posse. This is a reach to me as well.

LeBron has brilliantly deflected from the fact that his posse gets special treatment. We heard it when he left and that the Cavaliers were over a barrel accepting all of these conditions when he returned.

Not new information but smashed from news cycle with the race card. It's the atomic bomb of propaganda. Now people will just argue if it is racist, not discuss anything about special treatment.

I think Phil was right to disrespectful call his group a posse. They likely are ghetto.

    Good for him.

I don't see how the definition provided backs up LeBron's point.

That is not fair and you know it. There are minorities out there that get crap, discriminated against, and still outperform their white peers. See asians for example. Don't use "minorities use excuses" crap.

LOL, really now? "Posse" is racist? That's just stupid. Maybe get upset if he calls them his "gang", but a "posse" is on the side of the law.....

It isn't so much that it's "racist". Just mildly disrespectful, since a "posse" generally is a term used to refer to non-professionals.

To be fair, I don't think LeBron's mom and "entourage" are likely "professionals" in any way.
