This is an authentic Ventura (made in Japan) 74' les paul custom guitar. The company was sued for making the les pauls identical to gibsons and later went out of the electric guitar business. They still make small acoustics now though. But if you want a gibson.....at an affordable price...you don't go epiphone. Even the high end ones don't compare to this. The fretboard is flaw less and it has a glossy sparkle top yellow nitrocellulose finish. It was a Randy Rhodes guitar basically. The guitar is in good condition, plays excellent and has that ballsy lp sound. The back has some small dings and 2 superficial scratches you wouldn't notice unless really close up. But yea, this is a vintage 30+ year old guitar. the pics are already on ebay.
