have been pretty damn funny, in my opinion, especially the one two Sundays ago. "You'll be my Executive in Charge of Recreation...or better yet, my prank monkey!" "Slow down there maestro, there's a New Mexico?" Then from last night: "See boys, aren't you glad we don't believe in innoculations?" Cut to Rod and Todd laying in bed sweating and with the chills, "Mommy?" High-larious. ------------------ "He was under more balls than a midget hooker."-Bobby Hill visit www.swirve.com and, http://www.geocities.com/clutch34_2000 for great Rocket insight by some of your fellow BBS posters!
You're making me want to re-arrange my schedule. We have band practice (ha, ha, practice, yeah right) Sunday nights from 7 til 10-11 or when the beer runs out. I haven't seen a single episode all fall.
Yes, they have been great. I think my favorite from this season would have to be in the episode when Homer takes Lisa to the book fair. When Christopher Walken is reading the book to all the children, and he said, "No kids... don't... scoot back... I don't want to have to say... again.. about the birds..." Best impersonation of Walken I have ever heard, not to mention "highly dubious"! ------------------ She hates testicles, thus limiting the men she can admire to Democratic candidates for president. -- John Greenway, "The American Tradition", on feminist Elizabeth Gould Davis
I'm still lauging over "Not Kentucky Fried Panda! It's finger Ling-Ling good!" ------------------ Mmmmmmm. Sacrelicious.
This season has been really good so far. I especially liked the part with Rod and Todd from this past week. ------------------
I didn't like last Sunday's episode. It started out okay but then turned weird. I hate when that happens. ------------------
My favorite line was when Marge told Slick Willie that he gave pretty lousy advice and he said, "Well, I'm a pretty lousy President." ------------------ "My friends, if there is room in America for the fighting song of the civil rights movement, We Shall Overcome, then there's got to be room for Dixie as well."-Pat Buchanan Truer words have never been spoken. i think you mean Lisa. Clinton told Marge he has slept with pigs and spends most of his time in a shed in back of the White House.
That's really weird, iammiranda-- given your political leanings, I would have thought you disliked that particular line. Or have you been on my side all along?
outlaw, I believe he gave the advice to Lisa, and Marge jumped in, but I could be wrong. BrianKagy, what are you talking about? ------------------ "My friends, if there is room in America for the fighting song of the civil rights movement, "We Shall Overcome", then there's got to be room for "Dixie" as well."-Pat Buchanan Truer words have never been spoken.
Clinton explained to Lisa that whenever things don't go your way, you should complain until you get your way. Marge said that is a pretty lousy thing to say to which he replied "Well, I'm a pretty lousy president." Billy boy must be a fortune teller cause that is what is going on in the presidential election right now. ------------------
