    what do you guys think if we hire this guy? he is a real cool dude. only coach in the history of the association to win both a NBA and a NCAA championship. He is in Texas right now I say lets jump on him before its too late.

    i just like his no non-sense attitude towards his players. its gonna be hilarious and productive at the same time to see how he interacts with the likes of terrence williams or marcus morris, and also he would probably leave half of the team in his doghouse. watching mchale and adelman who loves rookies i think is kind of bad for the franchise right now because all it means is a whole lotta changes and depth with no direction. larry brown will banish half of the team and then ride on his personal favourites and you know, that means we'll either make the playoffs charlotte style or tank into the top 5 pick range charlotte style too.

    Even though SMU just hired him, it's almost time for him to leave ...

    Why anybody would want him as a coach is beyond me. Whatever good he brings is short-termed for whatever reasons.

    Larry Brown is a great teaching coach. However he never sticks around. I would never hire him, because he won't be around long. When things get tough, he leaves.

    he is at SMU. Plus I'd like to see Mchale do well next season as our coach. I think he can continue to improve, and maybe have some decent plays here and there.
