    my brother has to spend 6 weeks in Laramie at the University of Wyoming this summer for a medical research program...anyone know what the city/area is like?

    I lived in Cheyenne a year while growing up and its a thriving metropolis compaired to Laramie. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do there during the summer and the area is very nice.

    Wow. My wife was born there, actually, and still has family in the area.

    Personally, I know absolutely nothing about it, but will ask her when I have a chance ;).
