In case anyone was wondering... __________ Matthew McConaughey: Lance and I are not lovers BANG Showbiz Oct. 20, 2006 08:34 AM http://www.azcentral.com/ent/celeb/articles/1020mcconaughey.html Matthew McConaughey and Lance Armstrong have denied claims they are gay lovers. The pair - who are often photographed together shirtless - have laughed off rumours that their close friendship has turned physical. Matthew joked to Details magazine: "We tried it. It wasn't for us. advertisement "A lot of people don't understand friendship and brotherhood. I have a great friend in him. I'd do anything he asked me to, even though he'd probably never ask me to, and he feels the same way." Seven-time Tour de France cycling champion Lance - who called off his engagement to singer Sheryl Crow earlier this year - admits he and Matthew had no idea their bond would develop into something so strong. He explained: "Our friendship just kind of developed. He got out of a relationship and I'd just gotten out of a relationship. "I think people see pictures and they think we're these overgrown frat guys, but we all have those kinds of relationships - and relationship isn't a bad word." Lance elaborated: "I mean, we all have buds, we all take guy trips, but you take something very normal and you put it in a magazine, and people start talking." However, Lance says he's still not over his split from 'If It Makes You Happy' singer Sheryl. He lamented: "We couldn't get it right, we couldn't get it wrong. "There was just a lot of back-and-forth. But we had a love for each other, and I think we still do."
They did have Jake Gylenhall as a guest for the Ohio State game. Jake did make up one half the supergay Broke Back Mountain duo. Men have been sent to the chair on alot less circumstanial evidence.
Yeah, they were probably just seeing how much college tail lil Jake could pull since going gay in film. I'm sure plenty. You know what's real gay? A bunch of dudes gossipping on the internet about the gayness of two guys who've banged half the co-eds in Austin. "I get older, they stay the same age... alrightalrightalright!"
None of the gossip here is that sincere or genuine, just recreational, alot like the "reporting" that celebrity journalists do. Of course, political journalists do the exact same thing.
