    At least the city of Portland knows its peak...Aldridge says so...

    on a more serious note:

    1. Spurs - the best coached team will find a way to be winners yet again
    2. Clippers - Doc Rivers helps redefine the careers of Blake Griffin and D.Jordan
    3. OKC - Kevin Durant has MVP like #s
    4. Houston - Dwight and Harden become scary good
    5. GSW - still the same high flying scoring this season
    6. Mavericks - Healthy Dirk equals
    7. Minnesota - Something says that they will stay healthy for most of the season
    8. Memphis - Will have a huge regression in their team with the departure of Lionel Hollins.

    Portland will be close, but just predict a better season in Minny. And yes the Southwest division will be the best division in Basketball having 4 of the 5 teams getting in this years playoffs.

    If Batum played against every team the way he plays when he sees glorious red, Portland would be in the 5th seed. that's my madden take for the day. it's in the game.
