Lakers at Bulls - I don't expect much of a contest here. Lakers will dominate. Blazers at Bucks - The Bucks are surprisingly good at home, and the Blazers have been shaky. I'm picking the Bucks. Wizards at Suns - This will be an uber-high scoring affair, and the Suns will wipe the floor with the exhausted Wizards.
I've watched a bit of that game, and it's a pretty high-scoring affair so far. Bulls looking good for the upset. I wonder if the Lakers will bomb on this road trip. Maybe it wouldn't be bad if they're out of the running for Finals Home Court when the Rockets pay a visit to LA. Bucks up 24-18 after the first quarter. I'm feeling good about this game. Bucks need to build a good lead so Roy doesn't have a chance to lead another freaking comeback.
Bulls showing good energy and lead by 10 after one quarter. The key is how they react once the Lakers start playing like they care.
I wonder if the Lakers are burning out. They've played without much passion lately. That kind of intensity has to be exhausting to put out game after game.
Sorta like the Mavs acouple of years back, right? That's what I'm hoping for from all the team with high records. But it could also be them saving energy for the post-season by cruising during the final stretch of the regular season.
Putting out that kind of intensity is what a championship contender does. I expect the Lakers will make a big run and take the lead at some point against the Bulls.
The Bulls completely lost their poise and crumbled. It was a collective, team choke-job. They deserve to lose. Too bad they couldn't challenge the Lakers to the end.
Disappointing end to the Lakers-Bulls and Blazers-Bucks games. The Wizards are actually making it a game. They're only down 57-53 at the half. It looked like they might get routed in the early going.
