Kobe's the best to not win an mvp but the mvp isn't a lifetime achievement award. It goes to the most important player that year and I think this year is CP. Just my 2 cents.
come on guys. I hate the Lakers, but I'm not mad at their marketing department for making a clever ad during an election year. every team is responsible for marketing themselves and their stars; that being said, I thought it was creative and tongue-in-cheek. didn't the Rockets run a similar campaign a few weeks ago calling to vote for Shane for DPOY, Scola for ROY, TMac for MVP and Rafer for Most Improved? we shouldn't be bothered by another teams website, it seems desperate and nit-picky.
Well, that's kinda the ongoing debate though, isn't it? That is, precisely what is the criteria for being MVP? Is it ...best player on the best team? ...best player on a playoff team? ...best player regardless of team success? ...player whose team would suffer the most if they got injured? It's always been kinda vague what "MVP" is supposed to mean...
why does the lakers website have an Ad on the right? none of the other teams do... kinda odd for a multi million dollar team. maybe the web dev is makin some side cash lol.
I always thought it was the person who impacts his team the most that is, if he were gone the team would fall hardest.
CP3 this year was the same as Kobe the first time that Nash won Therefore, if Kobe didn't win then, CP3 shouldn't win this year again
