    We are all witnesses.

Please Morey don't trade Lowry... unless in a trade package for Chris Bosh or Joakim Noah. But what if he develops a reliable jumper? Scrath that, don't trade him.

I wouldn't mind if we didn't trade anyone. I love this team.

Are you kidding? Sam Cassell's mid range game was otherworldly.

Kyle Lowry is a completely different player.

Not completely... The IQ and general savvy is easily apparent and very similar...

Sam is like half his size, and as I recall I don't remember Sam slashing to the rim and battling with the big dogs.

    I don't see it.

Lowry reminds me more of Andre Miller.

Maybe even Chris Paul in some respects (body type, stocky build with short arms, isn't afraid to mix it up with bigger players, good rebounder for his size, good at exaggerating contact and drawing fouls, good court vision, etc...)

I was a bit thrown by the OP's thread title. I thought he was quoting someone. :p

kyle lowry is chris paul except without the shot creating ability, IQ and vision.

love his grittyness and he's a great duo with landry.

Jason Kidd's game was never based on driving with the ball. Kyle will drive first and then look to pass. They are both relatively weak shooters.

Hmm I don't know about that, but if Lowry could get his jumpshot to be consistent, he would be downright unstoppable!

Lowry a good player. He has all the tools to be a very productive point guard even if he cant shoot, but that is like the easiest thing to develop and he has the rest of the tools already similar to Rondo.

there's obviously big difference like their shooting abilities...but cassell always had a way of finding contact, even out on the perimeter, much like Lowry. they always know where the defender is and how to use them to draw fouls
